General
You can find the venue location on the event website under the “Venue” section. You can find all of our events linked here.
The link to make your room reservation can be found under the Venue tab on the Summit website. We have arranged a special rate over the course of the event. Please take advantage of this by booking early, as blocks do tend to sell out.
You are welcome to attend most of the sessions throughout the two days without signing up. Most sessions will also be available post-event in video and PDF format.
The only sessions that require advance registration are the Lunch & Learn and Breakfast Brief sessions. Sign-up for these sessions takes place onsite at the registration desk. These sessions are on a first-come basis.
Lunch and Learns are another layer of networking to the event. Speakers host a lunchtime session based upon a topic related to the Summit content. Lunch and Learns take place on both Day 1 and Day 2. Advance sign-up onsite is required to attend.
Booth Order
Booth tear down can begin after lunch on Day 2.
Your 10x10 booth comes equipped with standard pipe and drape and a small name board. The remainder of the booth is left as a blank canvas for you to design however you see fit to put your organization’s best foot forward. If you require tables, chairs, other furniture items, wi-fi and/or power connections these can be purchased through our booth order form within the exhibitor kit. The kit will be released approximately four to five weeks prior to the Summit.
The name board is a 1’ to 1 ½’ x 6” board with your company name in standard text with your booth number. It’s main function is to act as on indicator that is your booth space.
All shipping will go through our Exhibitor Service Provider, more information will be included in our Exhibitor Kit. (The Hotel will not accept packages shipped directly to the hotel.)
Exhibitor Kit
The Exhibitor Kit will be released approximately 4-5 weeks prior to the summit. You will then have the opportunity to purchase furniture, power, or wifi for your booth. Please note that booth orders are due approximately one week after the release of the Exhibitor Kit.
Our exhibitor services partner, SourceOne, will send out an Exhibitor Services Manual once the Exhibitor Kit is released. Custom booth graphics can be ordered directly from them.
Catalog/Meetings
The catalog will be released approximately 4-5 weeks before the summit. Please note that the catalog will only be released to sponsors with 1-2-1 meetings as a part of their partnership and who have fully paid for their partnership. If you require any further information regarding payment, please contact our Accounts Receivable department at ar@generisgp.com
You will receive a draft itinerary approximately one week prior to the summit. You will then have the opportunity to approve the itinerary or request changes. Our meeting scheduler will do everything in their power to accommodate your requests.
Your preliminary 1-2-1 meeting itinerary will be sent out 1-2 weeks prior to the event for review and approval. The itinerary will comprise of your selections as well as folks that have selected you as a top priority to meet with. A final confirmed itinerary will be sent to you the morning of the event.
1-2-1 meetings take place in the Exhibition Hall. Meetings will take place at the Exhibitors’ booths, if you do not have a meeting scheduled during a particular time slot, you are more than welcome to take advantage of our delegate lounge and connect with other attendees or speakers.
Your profile does not need to be long, 50-150 words is ideal.
Exhibitors please submit your logo, specialization sentence (company teaser), company description, and areas of specialization to help us ensure that you have the most successful onsite meetings, please take advantage of all of the fields available.
Our Event Catalog is a collection of all participant profiles, and is used to assist you in submitting your 1-2-1 meeting preferences. The Catalog will be released with steps walking you through the submission process.
